Which entrance should I use for the KI Convention Center?
The main entrance to the KI Convention Center is located on Madison Street, although you may enter through the main entrance of the Hyatt on Main and walk through the hotel to the convention center. Additional entrances are also present on Adams Street and Main Street.
Where is parking for the KI Convention Center? Is there accessible parking?
Lot parking is available at Hyatt on Main at the following rates:
0–20 Minutes - Complimentary
21–60 Minutes - $1.00
Over 60 Minutes - $1.00 per hour (Registered hotel guests pay a max $5.00 per every 24 hours)
Non-registered hotel guests will pay $1.00 per hour with no maximum
Please be advised that during high occupancy dates, overflow parking is available in the parking structure across the street at the Main Street Ramp. There is a skywalk on the 2nd level to bring you across the street into Hyatt on Main and the KI Convention Center. This service is complimentary for overnight guests only with a parking pass issued by Hyatt on Main.
Accessible parking is available in the Hyatt on Main parking lot.

Yes, the KI Convention Center has accessible restrooms, baby changing rooms in the restrooms, and an ATM machine available for attendees.
What hotels are attached to the KI Convention Center?
The Hyatt on Main is the anchor hotel for the KI Convention Center. The Hyatt on Main contains 241 guest rooms, a full service restaurant and bar, a 24-hour multi-station business center with printers, and high-speed and wireless internet access throughout the hotel.
Opening in summer 2015, the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown will be connected to the KI Convention Center to the west. The Hampton Inn & Suites will contain 136 additional guest rooms for overflow lodging.
Are there shuttle services from the airport to the KI Convention Center?
The Hyatt on Main provides limited shuttle service to and from the Austin Straubel Airport. Please call 920-432-1234 for details and availability.
